Sketchbook club is this weekend. It would be great to see you there.

Finally I did it.

I scanned all my sketches from my trip back in August!

I put it off for a long time. I didn’t want to walk back and forth across my studio 28 times from computer to scanner, but I did it for you.

Like many tasks, it was bigger in my head than it was in real life.

Traditional start of drawing at the gate in the airport before boarding the third-longest passenger flight in the world: 17 hours from Auckland to Doha. I didn’t draw on the plane at all.

Jet lag and a high of 35°C were not going to stop me from getting some drawings in on the first day.
